Freshie Farm (“we”, “us”, or “our”) sells farm-fresh products (beef, fruits like mangoes and dragon fruit, jaggery, Qurbani cattle, etc.) through its website to customers in Bangladesh. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and delivery is limited to addresses within Bangladesh.

Definitions

“Website” refers to Freshie Farm’s online store (https://shop.freshie.farm).
“Products” means the farm-fresh goods we offer, including meat, produce, and livestock.
“Customer” or “you” refers to anyone using the Website or purchasing Products.
“SSLCommerz” is our payment gateway (PCI DSS Level-1 certified ).

Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to order, or have a legal guardian’s consent. You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (if any) and password.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by Freshie Farm. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse our content without permission.

Orders and Payment

Placing Orders:

Orders are placed online through the Website. By placing an order, you offer to buy Products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order (e.g. out-of-stock, pricing error). We will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order.

Pricing and Accuracy:

We strive for accurate product descriptions, prices, and images. In case of any error (e.g. a typo in price or description), we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel the order. We are not liable for errors that are corrected in a reasonable time.

Payment Methods:

All orders must be fully prepaid in BDT. We process payments securely via SSLCommerz , which handles credit/debit cards and mobile banking. We never store your card details on our servers. No order is shipped until payment is successfully completed.

Advance Payment for Pre-Orders:

In accordance with Bangladesh Bank regulations , we may only collect 100% payment upfront for items that are ready to ship. If a product is not immediately available, we may request a deposit (up to 10% of the price) and the balance will be charged when the item is ready to ship.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout, within Bangladesh only. Freshie Farm follows the national delivery guidelines: we aim to hand over orders to our courier partners within 48 hours of payment, and to deliver within 5 days if the destination is in the same city, or within 10 days for other areas. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy (linked on the Website). Freshie Farm honors the Consumer Rights Protection Act: customers are entitled to remedies for substandard or misdescribed goods. For example, we will replace damaged or incorrect products, or refund your payment, according to our policy. If Freshie Farm fails to resolve a valid complaint, you may lodge a grievance with the Directorate of Consumer Rights Protection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freshie Farm is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the Website or purchase of Products. Our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Website. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change accordingly. By continuing to use the Website after changes, you accept the new Terms.
