Freshie Farm delivers all orders within Bangladesh only. We ship farm-fresh products to most districts and villages, following the national e-commerce guidelines.
Order Processing
After we receive and confirm your full payment (via SSLCommerz), we prepare your items. We aim to hand over orders to our delivery partners within 48 hours of payment.
Delivery Areas & Timeframes
- Dhaka City: Typically 2–3 business days from dispatch.
These targets follow the guideline of delivering within 5 days (same city). Perishable or high-demand items are often delivered even sooner. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to weather, but we will notify you of any expected delays.
Delivery Charges
Shipping fees depend on your location and order size. The exact charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout or communicated when you place your order. Note: Certain areas may qualify for free delivery on minimum orders. Any delivery fee will be clearly shown before you finalize payment.
Qurbani Cattle Delivery
For live cattle orders, we coordinate special delivery arrangements. We transport healthy, certified cattle to your chosen address. You will be notified of the delivery date/time by our team. You may inspect the animal on delivery as per livestock regulations.
During Delivery
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an SMS or email update. Our couriers will attempt delivery between 9 AM and 8 PM on business days. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is home, the courier may leave it with a neighbor or return; additional attempts or storage may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to you.
Order Receipt
Each delivery includes an invoice or packing slip listing the items, quantities, and prices. Please check your items upon receipt. If any items are missing or visibly damaged, note the issue on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
Shipping Delays or Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you encounter any delivery problems, please contact our customer support right away. We keep a tracking system for orders and aim to resolve any issues promptly (typically within 72 hours). In case of unavoidable delay, we will inform you and extend any expiry dates as needed for perishable goods.
Returns from Delivery
If a product is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refusal, etc.), we will contact you to re-schedule delivery or discuss a refund. Standard delivery charges may apply for the redelivery.
